Reconcile Vast.ai machine income report intervals
Contract rates, rental duration and income reports are different records. A current offer does not rewrite historical revenue. Reconcile reports by Machine ID and explicit start and end times, not only a date label.
What to check
For a Hong Kong calendar-day report, match the corresponding source timestamps and inspect both revenue components and total. Missing fields should remain incomplete rather than being replaced by current hourly prices times GPU count. A withdrawal from the host account is a separate cash movement, not that machine’s daily income.
Example
Example: a rental crosses Hong Kong midnight. Use each day’s report interval instead of assigning the entire contract to its starting day. Preserve original report values rather than using rounded chart labels for reconciliation.
