io.net UTC rewards versus Hong Kong calendar dates

This monitor reads io.net daily block rewards by UTC date. Hong Kong is eight hours ahead. During early Hong Kong hours, the source’s UTC day differs from the local calendar date, so date labels across projects may refer to different intervals.

What to check

Record the Device ID, UTC reward date and observation time. To reconcile a Hong Kong calendar day, the source must expose the corresponding time interval; a UTC daily total cannot be split accurately using an eight-hour fraction. Keep job income, rental rates and block rewards separate rather than deriving rewards from uptime.

Example

Example: October 27 at 02:00 in Hong Kong is October 26 at 18:00 UTC. The UTC 26 reward view is therefore expected. A local date change alone does not show a missing day of income.
