ETHW payouts when a wallet displays the wrong network
Identical 0x formatting does not establish that the wallet is viewing ETHW. Ethereum, ETC and ETHW maintain separate records, so selecting another network can show a different balance for the same address string.
What to check
Take the native ETHW amount, transaction identifier, destination and time from the pool payment list and verify them through an official ETHW explorer entry point. Check wallet network settings against official documentation rather than an unsolicited RPC prompt. Keep asset and source labels attached to monitoring records, not just a bare 0x string.
Example
Example: an ETHW explorer confirms receipt while the wallet remains on Ethereum. Check the selected network first. Fixing the display does not require sending another transfer or giving a lookup site the private key.
