ETC pool switching without losing track of unpaid balances
The same ETC 0x address can have independent ledgers on different pools. Changing the connection routes future shares; it does not automatically clear the old unpaid balance or transfer it into the new pool.
What to check
Save the old pool, unpaid and paid fields and last-share time before switching. Follow maturation and payments on the old pool, then verify new ETCHash shares on the new one. If a source is outside this monitor’s coverage, inspect it directly rather than substituting another chain or a SOLO result.
Example
Example: zero on the new pool and unpaid ETC on the old pool can both be correct. Keep one record per pool. When paid, reconcile the transaction without adding the same payment again as both paid history and wallet holdings.
