How to read ZEC unpaid, paid, and the last 24 hours separately
The three figures answer three questions: what is not yet sent, what has already been sent, and what the rolling 24 hours recorded. A missing figure stays unknown. Workers under the wallet do not count the same balance again.
| Name | Question it answers | Do not treat it as |
|---|---|---|
| Unpaid | ZEC the pool has not sent yet | A shielded balance or the full chain balance |
| Total paid | What this account has already sent | The last 24 hours added again |
| Last 24 hours | Reward recorded in a rolling window | UTC midnight or the Hong Kong calendar day |
| A worker row | That name's rate and whether it is online | A second income |
The three amounts on the ZEC monitor answer three questions about the pool account. They are not one ledger of every ZEC in a wallet. Unpaid is what the pool has not sent. Total paid is the sum already sent. The last 24 hours is reward recorded in a rolling window. That window is not UTC midnight and not the Hong Kong calendar day. Unpaid and total paid are what is still on the pool ledger and what has already been sent. Those two columns do not overlap. The misleading sum stacks the rolling 24 hours on top of both, because rewards inside that window are often already inside unpaid or paid. This page shows the three columns separately and does not declare its own cumulative total. The transparent address’s chain balance and a shielded balance are different ledgers and are not folded into these columns.
Payments and rewards are different columns
The account endpoint returns both reward and payment figures. The last 24 hours describes reward recorded inside the window. Total paid describes what has already left the pool books. An amount already sent stays in total paid. It should not be added back into unpaid. The API also has a pool-level payment history. This page shows unpaid, total paid, and the last 24 hours for this account. It does not show every payment on the whole pool. The help page lets the payout coin be ZEC, BTC, or TON. A BTC or TON payout is not in these three columns of the transparent ZEC account.
What to inspect
Confirm the address is the transparent t-address on this pool, then see which column is a dash. A dash means no usable number this time. Leave it unknown. Do not read it as zero. Worker rows list rate and online state. Finding several workers does not multiply unpaid by headcount. If you save workers as separate devices, slots follow saved devices, while the balance is still shown once. It does not become several incomes.
Next step
Compare the Zcash monitor with the pool account page. If unpaid disagrees, trust the pool account page and note this site's fetch time. The fetch time is not the start of the reward window. The help page says share difficulty does not change miner rewards, so do not explain a sudden drop in unpaid by the difficulty setting. A drop is more often a payout. Check whether total paid increased.
An illustrative case
Suppose unpaid is 0.020 ZEC, total paid is 1.400 ZEC, and the last 24 hours is 0.004 ZEC. The reading is: 0.020 not yet sent, 1.400 already sent over time, 0.004 recorded in the rolling window. Unpaid 0.020 and total paid 1.400 are two columns that do not overlap. Stacking 0.004 on both counts the rolling window twice when that window’s rewards are already inside unpaid or paid. 0.004 is not today’s calendar income in Hong Kong time either. The numbers are illustrative. If the 24-hour figure is missing, write unknown. Do not fill in zero.
Limits
This page does not predict when the next payout leaves, does not copy fee amounts from the help page, and does not guarantee rewards. Shielded financial information is private, and this page cannot read it. Crash interpretation is free and does not use a ZEC device slot. The Mac Agent controls only a TAH Mac and cannot send a ZEC payment.
Common questions
Why is the last 24 hours not today?
It is a rolling window, not UTC midnight and not the Hong Kong calendar day. The fetch time on the page is a different clock. It is not the start of that window.
If unpaid drops, did I lose coins?
Not necessarily. A payout is the more common reason. Check whether total paid increased. Unpaid and total paid can be compared as still held and already sent. Do not stack the last 24 hours on top; that window overlaps those columns. The page shows them separately and does not declare its own cumulative total.
Does a BTC payout appear in these three columns?
No. The help page treats BTC and TON as another payout choice. These columns describe only this transparent ZEC pool account.
