How to start IOTA Train at Home and monitor rewards

Start training in the official app, then monitor its public Miner ID. IOTA Watch is an independent monitor, not the training client or an IOTA Layer 1 wallet.

Which application should I install?

Download Train at Home from Macrocosmos and check its current hardware and OS requirements. The IOTA Watch Mac agent manages an existing official installation; downloading the agent alone does not install the training client.

What comes after installation?

Follow the official guide: wait for Connected, configure your public payout coldkey as instructed, then choose Start training. An open window is not an active session. Queuing, starting and contributing are different states; no task allocation or earnings time is guaranteed.

Which identifier belongs in the monitor?

Copy the device Miner ID / hotkey from the official Miner view and follow Find your Miner ID to add it to IOTA monitoring. A coldkey identifies the payout wallet. Never enter a private key or seed. Add each Mac's own hotkey and sign in to sync the list.

Why are rewards still zero?

Check queuing and zero throughput, then the last successful fetch. IOTA Watch attributes the next day's accounting records to the preceding date under Yesterday's rewards; it is not income per second. Lifetime rewards also differ from wallet receipts. See reward calculation.
