Same valid prl1: why Kryptex and LuckyPool keep different records
A miner hands shares to one pool at a time. IOTA Watch keeps the same prl1 address as two rows, one for Kryptex and one for LuckyPool. A mismatch on screen is usually a different source, not a balance that was cleared.
| Question | Kryptex | LuckyPool |
|---|---|---|
| Who keeps the book | Kryptex’s PRL pool | LuckyPool’s Pearl pool |
| The same valid address | Can also have a Kryptex account row | Can also have a LuckyPool account row |
| What one row here means | Only this address on Kryptex | Only this address on LuckyPool |
| No record on one side | Does not imply LuckyPool has none | Does not imply Kryptex has none |
| NOCK | This PRL row does not include NOCK | Merge mining on the other pool does not put NOCK into PRL |
The same prl1 address does not match across Kryptex and LuckyPool because each pool accepts shares and records unpaid and paid amounts on its own. On PRL monitoring the default row is Kryptex. To see LuckyPool, save the same address again and choose LuckyPool. The two rows are not combined into one total.
Pearl Metal’s --pool chooses which pool receives the shares. Use the config on your machine. The same valid prl1 can have an account row at each pool. Different records do not mean the address text is wrong.
Each pool’s current payout policy applies only to that pool. This site queries public stats and does not withdraw for you. Merged NOCK is not included in this PRL record.
“No record” belongs only to the side you are viewing
When the selected source has no record for the address, the page is talking about that side. It does not set the other side to zero, and it does not decide whether the other side is online. A failed lookup is also not zero: the balance stays unknown. “No record” applies when the pool says the address is absent.
Example: reading both notes together
These figures illustrate two account rows. They are not a real wallet. The same address shows 1.2 PRL unpaid on Kryptex, and 0.04 PRL unlocked plus 0.01 PRL locked on LuckyPool. Keep the rows separate. Do not fold unpaid, locked, and unlocked into one income figure. If locked is missing, it is unknown. Do not treat it as zero and subtract. A worker named mac-1 on both sides is still two registrations. The balances stay on the address.
What to check next
Read the pool name in the miner log or config, open only that pool on PRL monitoring, and read unpaid, paid, and last share time. To compare the other pool, add a separate row and switch the source. Whether a payout threshold is met is on the current page of the pool you use. Each pool’s rule applies only there. This site only queries. It does not withdraw.
For what each amount means, see unlocked, locked, and paid. To pick the source on a Mac first, see hashrate and rewards.
Common questions
If LuckyPool has no record, does that mean Kryptex has none?
No. The ledgers are separate. No record means that side has none. Check the other side by selecting it. Do not write it as zero from this result.
The homepage says Pearl + Nock. Is NOCK inside the unpaid PRL?
No. This PRL record shows PRL only. Merged NOCK is not included in unpaid.
Can I add both pools’ unpaid amounts into one total reward?
Keep the rows separate. Each figure belongs to that pool’s account. Do not fold unpaid, paid, and pending into one income figure, and do not count the same address twice as if the pools were one ledger.
