# Why ZEPH unpaid and 24-hour figures are not a payout time

The ZEPH monitor shows the pool account’s balance, cumulative paid, and rolling 24-hour reward using 1e12. It does not list immature blocks separately, and it does not store a fixed minimum payout.

## At a glance

Unpaid is the balance this standard address still has on the regular pool. The 24-hour figure is a rolling window. Neither is a time until coins arrive, and neither is ZEPH on the whole network or in a wallet.

## Three amounts are not a payout clock

| Amount on screen | Which account figure | Do not treat it as |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Unpaid | Address balance, 1 ZEPH = 1e12 payment units | A countdown to the next payout |
| Paid | Cumulative amount already paid out | Coins on another pool or in a wallet |
| Last 24 hours | Rolling 24-hour reward | A calendar-day total or a guaranteed daily payout |
| Blank | No usable integer for that field | The number zero |

Unpaid is not the clock time of the next payout. It is the balance this standard address still holds on the regular zeph.2miners.com account. Paid is the cumulative amount that same account has already paid. The 24-hour figure is a rolling reward. It moves with the window. It is not midnight to midnight, and it is not a daily settlement the pool promised.

All three use the RandomX pool payment unit: 1 ZEPH = 1e12. The public API index says the account endpoint includes rewards, payments, and Workers, and that a blocks endpoint separates candidates, immature, and matured. The device page uses the account balance, paid total, and 24-hour reward. It does not open a separate immature-block table, so you cannot read “how many confirmations are left” from this page.

## Which question each number answers

Balance answers how much is still on the pool account. Paid answers how much this address has been paid on that pool in total. The 24-hour field answers what the rolling day just recorded. The minimum payout and the arrival time are whatever the pool’s help or account page says at the time. This monitor does not store a fixed threshold, and it does not turn unpaid into a countdown.

## Where to look when you reconcile

- Look first at whether unpaid is blank. Blank means unknown. Do not write it down as 0 ZEPH.

- Then see whether paid increased. Paid staying the same only means there is no new payout record in that stretch. It does not mean the rig stopped.

- Workers share this one balance. Do not multiply unpaid by the Worker count. If the same address is bound on several saved devices, the wallet total is still counted once.

## What to do next

- Open the [Zephyr project](https://iotahome.site/en/projects/zeph) and line the three figures up with the pool’s own account page.

- If hashrate is present and the balance stays blank, confirm the address is still the standard address before changing share difficulty. Difficulty and rewards are covered in [Workers and RandomX](https://iotahome.site/en/learn/zeph-randomx-cpu-workers).

- What the whole page can and cannot show is in the [monitor guide](https://iotahome.site/en/learn/zeph-mining-monitor-guide).

## Illustrative conversion (not actual income)

An unpaid integer of 500000000000 displays as 0.5 ZEPH. A paid integer of 10000000000000 displays as 10 ZEPH. That only demonstrates 1e12. It is not your statement, and it does not mean the next payout will be that amount.

## Limits

This page does not predict how many blocks maturity takes, does not add a protocol stablecoin balance to pool ZEPH, and does not show a US dollar price. If the pool omits one field for a while, that field stays unknown.

## Common questions

### Where do I see immature blocks?

The API index puts candidates, immature, and matured on the blocks endpoint. This device page shows account balance, cumulative paid, and the rolling 24-hour reward only. It has no separate immature list.

### Does the 24-hour figure reset at midnight?

It does not reset on the calendar midnight. It is a rolling window. The number changes when the records inside that window change.

### Is income per machine the balance divided by Workers?

No. The balance belongs to the whole standard address. Workers are hashrate records and do not split the wallet reward.
