## At a glance

Pools are separate sources. Chain balances include transfers and stay separate from pool unpaid balances. N/s and PoI/s keep their source units.

## Which pool should I choose?

Choose your mining pool to see address-level throughput, workers and unpaid balance. Sign in to save addresses with their pool.

## Why is a pool unavailable?

AriaPool has paused TSC mining and payouts; miner data is currently unavailable.

## How do I save multiple addresses?

Enter your full tc1 address in [TensorCash monitoring](https://iotahome.site/en/projects/tsc). Sign in to save one address per line with a name to your account database. Link projects in My devices and view them in Overview. Only a public address is needed, never a pool token, private key or recovery phrase.

## Is wallet balance mining income?

Pools are separate sources. Chain balances include transfers and stay separate from pool unpaid balances. N/s and PoI/s keep their source units.

## What if data is missing or stale?

Check the network and complete checksum first. A new address may have no confirmed activity. During index sync, rate limits or outages, the monitor shows unavailable rather than inventing a zero. It tries the official fallback API when the primary fails. Search the same address in the [official explorer](https://scan.tensorcash.org/) to compare.

## Does Mac support mean every pool accepts it?

Mac: the official guide includes Metal. Each pool has its own client, model and credential requirements; running the code does not confirm pool acceptance.
