# Is the Acurast processor the same account as the Hub manager?

A Hub manager can add many phones. Each phone’s processor is its own account. This site recognizes only the processor you enter and does not merge phones under the manager wallet.

## At a glance

One person can be both the Hub manager and a phone’s processor, but the index treats those roles as different filters. Look up the phone with the processor account. ACU on the manager wallet is not the sum of each phone’s earnings.

## What each role is for

| Role | What you use it for | How this site treats it |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Hub manager wallet | Add devices and view phones in Hub | Does not auto-list every processor under it |
| One Processor | Identifies that phone’s compute account | Checks whether this address is a mainnet processor |
| Delegator | Stake delegated to a provider, possibly with no phone | Not this phone’s registration lookup |
| Cloud Rebellion participant | Quests that accumulate MIST points | MIST is not the ACU registration field |

The wallet connected in Hub is the manager. Official processor docs let that account add a device: Hub creates a QR code, and Processor Lite on the phone uses Connect to Hub to scan it. After setup, the phone appears in the manager’s device list, and each row still has its own Processor address.

The official index can filter accounts as processor, manager, or committer. Those are three roles, not three names for one account. Acurast’s site also separates running a phone from delegating stake when you have no hardware. A delegator can take part in staking rewards. The delegator address is not that phone’s processor registration.

## How saved devices are counted

- Save the Processor of the phone you want to watch. Free is five saved devices per project. Pro is 50.

- Opening the manager wallet in Hub and seeing three phones does not use three slots here.

- Saving three processor records as three devices uses three slots.

- Binding the same project again on one saved device does not add a slot. If a wallet balance shows on more than one row, it is still one balance, not a phone’s amount multiplied by the device count.

## What type means

Core is a dedicated, locked-down phone, and Core onboarding is when a factory reset is required. Lite runs on an everyday phone. Android Lite uses a work profile, and Lite can be installed on iOS. Official requirements are Android 12 or higher and iPhone 6s or later. Those are install conditions. The type line here only repeats Android / iOS and Core / Lite from the index. It does not check the OS version.

## Example

Illustration only: manager M added phone A (processor P1, Lite) and phone B (processor P2, Core). A lookup of P1 on the [Acurast project page](https://iotahome.site/en/projects/acurast) returns P1’s registration and type. M’s balance, whether P2 is online, and delegator D’s stake are not written into P1’s row. The letters are labels, not on-chain addresses.

## Next step and limit

If the address is still unclear, return to [which address to enter](https://iotahome.site/en/learn/acurast-monitor-guide). To separate base rewards from staking rewards, open [reward scope](https://iotahome.site/en/learn/acurast-rewards-settlement). This site does not load the manager’s device list and does not add a device in Hub for you.

## Common questions

### I am the manager and I also installed Lite on my phone. Which address do I paste?

Paste the Processor from that phone’s device details. The two strings refer to the same account only when they are the same public key. Do not infer that from the wallet name.

### Can a delegated-stake address look up the phone?

No. Delegation assigns stake to a compute provider. Whether the phone is registered is a lookup of that processor’s own address.

### Do MIST points sit on the manager or the processor?

Cloud Rebellion MIST is quest points. It is not the mainnet processor registration shown here and not an ACU reward amount. Keep those points in the Rebellion activity. Do not add them to the processor type line.
